Personal Knowledge Base
In your personal knowledge base, you store knowledge you want to build on later: workflows, experiences, notes, templates, and preferences. Only you can see this knowledge. AI-Public uses it in your chats and voice conversations, alongside your organization's knowledge base.
Example: you save the setup of a client workshop with your experiences. If you later ask for a follow-up session, AI-Public can use that setup and experiences without you having to paste or upload them again.
Adding Knowledge from a Conversation
Say or type in a chat or voice conversation that something should be saved, for example:
- "Remember this."
- "Put this in my memory."
- "Pin this: in quotes, we always first mention the client's objective."
AI-Public creates a knowledge item with a title and confirms it has been saved. If you want to add to an existing item, say so; AI-Public will update the item instead of creating a second one.
Managing Knowledge Manually
Open Knowledge Base → Personal → My Notes. There you see all your items, with their origin (manual, from a chat, or from a voice conversation) and the date of the last modification.
- Choose New Item to add an item yourself. Provide a title, labels, and content. Add a label by pressing Enter or a comma; existing labels are suggested. The content may include Markdown formatting.
- Click an item to read it, the pencil icon to edit it, and the trash can to delete it.
- On the left are your labels with the number of items, plus Without Label. Choose a label to see only those items. On the right, you can sort by last updated, last added, or title.
A modified or deleted item is immediately updated in the search index. AI-Public then uses only the new content.
Overview and Pinning
Under Personal → Overview are the items you have pinned and your latest notes. You can pin any item in the Knowledge Base: videos, courses, documents, and links from your organization or branch, assistants, and templates. Click the pin; clicking again unpins the item. Pinned assistants also appear in your favorites on the dashboard.
With the search field at the top, you search the entire Knowledge Base at once, including your notes. Results are grouped by section.
How AI-Public Uses Your Knowledge
For a question that can build on previously saved knowledge, AI-Public searches your personal knowledge base. Under the answer, in Sources, the items used are listed with the prefix Personal:. This way, you can see the difference from knowledge in your organization's knowledge base.
Privacy
- Your personal knowledge base is only for you. Colleagues, administrators, and other organizations cannot see or search your items.
- The knowledge base belongs to your account within your organization. If your account is deleted, your items are also deleted.
- You can save up to 500 items. Delete or combine old items if you reach that limit.
