System Prompts
Via System Prompts you determine which fixed instructions AI-Public receives for every new chat from an employee. They steer, for example, tone, comprehensibility, terminology, and public service frameworks.
Environment and Exceptions
On Environment you set the default prompt. On the second tab you only add organization or branch exceptions where additional local context is needed. An exception is added on top of the environment prompt and does not replace it.
The server combines the built-in default prompt, the environment prompt, the prompt of the organization or branch, and any personal prompt.
With View standard system prompt you see the built-in prompt. With Use standard prompt you reset the input to that text. If the field is empty, the standard prompt is used automatically.
Write clearly and accessibly at B1 level.
Make clear when information is uncertain and refer appropriately to official sources.
