Features

Via Features you determine which functions employees are allowed to use. AI-Public does not have student settings here.

At environment level, you choose Allow or Block per feature. Add an organization or branch exception only when it needs to deviate from the standard. Without an exception, the parent setting is inherited; a higher block cannot be lifted lower down.

The centrally managed employee features are:

• voice chat;
• creating documents and HTML;
• MCP and connectors.

Provider-specific tools you manage separately under Tools. Daily quotas remain under Limitations.
